Offered for free Offered for free - Topsoil

We have a huge grassy bank of topsoil in our garden (12 tonnes?) left over from when the house was built 10 years ago. We are keen to get rid of it and have a flat lawn instead. Someone would probably need a small digger and a truck to take it away, and some care would have to be taken to not damage the rest of our garden! It's good quality topsoil though (so we've been told) and we hope it would be useful to somebody.
